Ps 119:130 (NIV)
“The unfolding of your words gives light, it gives understanding to the simple.”
This scripture is very precious to me as it is a daily reminder that the Bible is not just words, but it is my life and light.
Isn’t it wonderful that in the beginning God said “Let there be light” … and there was! Hallelujah that God separated light from darkness (Gen 1:4).
Every time I open (unfold) the Word of God, His Spirit causes light to bring truth, understanding, revelation and discernment to help me live the life He has for me on a daily basis.
How wonderful to know that His light overcomes the darkness. So when trials and difficulties come to any one of us, may we continue to choose to walk and live in the light of His Word.
